PROCEDURE

For admission in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course in accordance with CAR-66 & CAR-147 approved Institute, a candidate must be passed in 10+2 examination with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) or has completed three years approved diploma in any of the streams.

The Civil Aviation Requirement is issued in Accordance with Rule 61 and 133 B of the Aircraft Rule 1937 derived from the Aircraft act 1934(XXII to 1934) passed by Indian parliament, Govt. of India under the aircraft rule. DGCA is a regulatory body to deal with all matters pertaining to Civil Aviation in the country.

Since there are many meritorious students who possess the enormous talent in the aviation industry but are financially very weak. To help out such meritorious students, Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering is conducting scholarship examination – “Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering Common Entrance Test (IAE-CET).” Based on ranking in this examination, one can avail a seat in Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering, Bhopal. But just appearing in this scholarship examination will not ensure a seat in Aircraft Maintenance Course. For availing a seat in the prestigious Institute of Aeronautics & Engineering, aspirants are required to register themselves either online via www.iaecet.in .

Admission process at IAE, Bhopal is framed in accordance with CAR 66 issued by Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Rule 133B of the Aircraft Rule 1937.The complete process of Admission is described below:

Step 1: Admission Enquiry

You may submit the online Enquiry Form given on our website or visit the College Campus. Our team will contact you to resolve your queries and will guide you towards admission procedure and Our approved courses.

Step 2: College Visit & Career Counseling by the Admission Incharge

Parents/Guardians are invited with aspirant to visit the college to understand the Course, Ethos of the institution, its Rules & Regulation, Fee Structure. Benefit of campus visit is that you can meet the Training Manager, Examination Manager, Instructors and may better understand about the curriculum. Step 3: Registration

You are requested to visit the Admin Office in college campus to enrol yourself at IAE, Bhopal. You must fill the registration form given in College Prospectus and submit all the required documents at Admin Office.

Below mentioned documents should be submitted in Admin office at the time of registration:

• Registration Form (Application Form)
• Self-Attested copies of 10th Certificate as DOB Proof (05 Nos.)
• Passport size Color Photographs (10 Nos.)
• Aadhar Card

List of documents required at the time of admission/joining:

• Self-Attested copies of HSC/12th Marksheet (05 Nos.)
• Character Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Original)
• Medical Certificate as per given format (Original)
• Joint Affidavit as per given format on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper.
• Office copy of fee structure, duly signed by parents
• Photocopy of Passport if available. This is mandatory for overseas students.

Admission for Foreign Students

• Admission for foreigners would be taken under the rule framed by the Govt. of India, State Govt. & DGCA from time to time.
• Foreign student can obtain Prospects & Application Form on payment of US $25.
• NRI Sponsored candidate seeking admission should submit sponsor certificate if required along with the admission form as per Govt. / DGCA rules.

Original Certificates may be produced/submitted at the time of admission for verification purposes.

Step 4: Acceptance of Admission

1. Aspirants are admitted on First Come, First Served basis depending on available seats and also on the basis of IAECET score.
2. Selected aspirants must make the payment of admission fee, library fee, uniform fee and 1 st semester fee at the time of joining.
3. The institute reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the management will be final.
4. Once the Fee and documents are submitted, you will receive a Confirmation Letter of Admission and Joining Letter from the institution. Further formalities will be informed to the aspirants/parents through the letter, if any.
5. After joining aspirants will be intimated for measurement of uniform and thereafter the uniforms will be handed over to students within a month of Joining.
6. Textbooks will be given to all the students on the basis of extra payment, which will be decided by the Centralised Academic Council of Sha-Shib Group of Institutions.
7. A Batch will be allotted the aspirants on the day of admission on basis of the course they chose. The student Id card will be given after completion of the Enrolment Process.

Step 5: Orientation Program

There will be a student-parent orientation program before the beginning of the new academic session. This program will acquaint the parents with the Vision, Mission & Ethos of the institute.
